Jeg var som forkvinde for initiativgruppen "Lovgiv mod mobning nu" tirsdag 10 juni, 2008, på Christiansborg, for at filme og interviewe SF's Pernille Vigsø Bagge om mobning og en mulighed for at lovgive imod dette. Min 8 årige søn Marcus havde fået lov at komme med for at se demokratiet og folkestyret i funktion, fra 1. parket, og få noget grundlæggende viden om samfundets strukturer.
Interviewet med Pernille Vigsø Bagge skal anvendes til et TV2 Fyn program som initiativgruppen har fået lov at lave. Programmet bliver sendt som et program der skal køre til sommer under hovedoverskriften "Min sag - Lovgiv mod mobning nu". Initiativgruppen har de sidste 3 uger filmet, interviewet og arbejdet på at komme til at tale med nogle af de ansvarlige politikere på området. Jeg har som talskvinde for initiativgruppen sendt et officielt brev til uddannelsudvalget, om de ville mødes med initiativgruppen til en snak om, hvad der skal til, for at få en lovgivning mod mobning. Kun SF's Pernille Vigsø Bagge svarede på min henvendelse, og sagde at hun meget gerne ville medvirke i den TV optagelse som initiativgruppen er i gang med at lave.
SF fremsatte nemlig, fortalte hun mig, for nyligt et forslag om at indføre en lovgivning mod mobning, og gik senere sammen med Socialdemokratiet i et bredere forslag om en lovgivning, som alle partier i første omgang varr enige om, men som VKO blokken sædvanen tro, når det gælder human og anstændig politik, dog stemte ned i ellevte time.
Pernille Vigsø Bagge inviterede min 8 årige søn og jeg med ind i Snapstinget, hvor vi fik en kop kaffe hver (og en cola til Marcus). Vi snakkede om initiativgruppen og det arbejde vi gør, og hun udtrykte stor sympati for vores initiativgruppe. Hun var også mægtig sød ved Marcus, som i slutningen af vores samtale kækt spurgte om han måtte spørge om noget, hvortil hun smilede varmt, og sagde ja og han spurgte så " "Hvorfor laver I ikke bare en lov imod mobning - jer der bestemmer - det ville være godt ! Hun smilede og forklarede ham, at det synes hun bestemt også at der skulle være, og at hun arbejdede på det.
Vi gik udenfor i det gode vejr, ovenfor trappen, hvor der er bænke på begge sider. Her satte vi os ned, og jeg filmede og interviewede Pernille Vigsø Bagge i 8 minutter ialt. Hun fortalte om det nylige lovforslag, og understregede at såsnart vi får regeringen sat af, såsnart får vi en effektiv lov mod mobning - og meget gerne før. Hun sagde at det var vigtigt med fortsat pres og arbejde som det initiativgruppen laver, og hun præciserede ikke mindst hvorfor vi må have en lov mod mobning.
Efter interviewet inviterede hun os med ind igen, hun ville nemlig spørge uddannelsesudvalgets næstformand Martin Henriksen (DF) - som hun vidste var i folketingssalen - om han ville stille op til et interview med initiativgruppen. Jeg var - og er - oprigtigt glad for al den hjælp hun gav mig der, den indsats hun gjorde - det synes jeg var utroligt flot - hun har fået (endnu) en stjerne hos mig i dag !!!
Det endte heldigvis med at jeg fik lov til at lave et interview med Martin Henriksen (DF), senere på eftermiddagen, Kl. 16:30, dette interview varede også på 8 minutter. Han forklarede at det forslag som SF og S var kommet med, ikke var anderledes en den allerede foreliggende lovgivning, nemlig undervisningsmiljøbekendtgørelsen. (her havde jeg pokkers meget lyst til at forklare ham et og andet om forskellen på en bekendtgørelse og en lov, men da batteriet var ved at løbe ud, holdt jeg mig til det planlagte.) Han lagde vægt på DCUM's kampagne "Sammen mod mobning" og gjorde det klart at man forventede at dette ville have effekt nok. Jeg spurgte ind til effektivt at sikre at vi hjælper alle børn der udsættes for mobning, og stillede spørgsmålstegn ved om den nuværende "lovgivning" er effektiv, og han sagde flere gange at blev det nødvendigt, at viste det sig at der var noget der manglede lovgivningsmæssigt for at sikre mod mobning, så var DF parat til at udbedre lovgivningen. Endeligt fik jeg ham til at love at ville se på initiativgruppens betragtninger netop vedrørende mangler i den gældende lovgivning, hvilket vi helt sikkert vil holde ham op på.
Marcus og jeg havde en rigtig dejlig tur sammen bare ham og mig - vi hyggede os og nød det smukke gamle København, inden vi trætte kom hjem ved 20:00 tiden om aftenen, godt trætte og fyldt op, begge to.
Initiativgruppen har umiddelbart efter vores interviews, besluttet at finpudse det lovforslag vi har lavet om en lovgivning mod mobning som føres direkte ind i folkeskoleloven. Dette vil vi sende til uddannelsesudvalget, efter vores jurist i initiativgruppen har endeligt godkendt det. Vi foventer at arbejdet bliver færdigt i løbet af sommeren.
Her i sommer kommer også TV udsendelsen . "Min sag - Lovgiv mod mobning nu"- det er jeg, resten af initiativgruppen og alle de medvirkende ret spændte på.
